Exhibition stands and product design for UAE government clients

About In & Out Advertising LLC
In & Out Advertising LLC is an Abu Dhabi advertising and fabrication company in Musaffah. It produces exhibition stands, signage, displays and branded items for government bodies and private clients across the UAE.
What I did there
- Designed exhibition booths from concept to photorealistic 3D visualisation, including work for the Food and Agriculture Organisation and Abu Dhabi Police.
- Designed product, packaging and gift items: ADAFSA crates, a Department of Culture and Tourism trophy, and a VIP gift box for the INTERPOL Global Conference.
- Delivered interior, exterior and fit-out designs, and supervised on-site setup at events including Make it in the Emirates 2025 at ADNEC.
- Built the company’s online store and prepared its content calendar and digital growth plan, which is where my marketing work started.
What I learned
- Designing for fabrication: a render is only useful if the workshop can build it to budget.
- Being on site during setup teaches you more about your own drawings than any revision round.
- Government and enterprise clients buy on clarity and compliance, not on flourish.
