* From Design to Digital Growth

I’m Fakir Masood, a digital marketer, growth strategist and entrepreneur based in Abu Dhabi.

My career didn’t start in marketing. I trained in architectural design, worked as an interior designer in Kerala, then as a 3D designer at In & Out Advertising in Abu Dhabi, designing exhibition booths, signage and product displays. That work taught me to think visually, understand clients and turn ideas into something real.

Alongside design, I kept running social media and ads, first for a footwear brand and then for Glowell Education. Marketing slowly became the main thing. Today I’m a social media specialist at Kief Consultancy & Technology, running campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok for platforms such as Taggo and The Events, and I handle digital marketing for brands including Northgate, Marco Roma and Monaya Diamond.

I’m also building businesses of my own. As CEO of Glowell Education I lead its growth strategy, and as co-founder of Orions360 I help build software for UAE businesses, including Smart Auto Manager for auto workshops.

Marketing brings attention. Systems turn that attention into growth. That’s the work I enjoy most.
