Project Overview
GlowellHub is a complete, custom-built ERP for Glowell Education Centre. Not a dashboard bolted onto existing tools – the system the centre actually runs on, covering the full workflow end to end, from a first enquiry through to finance.
The people using it are administrators, not software users by trade. So the priority was making each daily task obvious rather than packing in features nobody would find.
What the Build Covered
- CRM – enquiry capture, lead status and follow-up through to admission
- Admin dashboard with revenue and enrolment analytics
- Class management with batch and instructor allocation
- Student profile records with document uploads
- Finance – fee structures, payment schedules and instalment tracking
- Course catalogue and study material library
- Student-facing learning portal
- Export to PDF, CSV and Excel across all records
Outcome
Delivered as a working system covering the complete path from first enquiry to final payment, replacing the spreadsheets the centre had been running on.
Because the CRM and the finance side sit in one system, the centre can finally trace a paid admission back to the enquiry that produced it – which is what made the enquiry-to-admission conversion rate measurable in the first place.
