Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry through a contact form on this site, we collect the details you type into it — typically your name, email address, your position and company, and your message. This information is emailed to us and is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
If you subscribe to email updates, we collect your email address and store it with our email provider (Mailchimp) so we can send you those updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, via Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and referring source. This is used in aggregate to improve the site.
- Advertising pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising and, where applicable, to show relevant ads on Meta platforms. It records that a browser visited a page on this site.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and requests as part of normal operation and abuse prevention.
- Caching. The site uses LiteSpeed Cache to serve pages faster. It stores page copies, not personal data.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them to keep the site working correctly, to measure traffic through Google Analytics, and to measure advertising through the Meta Pixel.
