Project Overview
A complete 3D design package for the INTERPOL Global Conference, hosted in Abu Dhabi in partnership with Abu Dhabi Police. The scope covered the main plenary hall, the arrival and registration experience, and the delegate touchpoints placed around the venue.
The design had to work for a large international audience while holding to the visual standards of both organisations.
What the Design Covered
- Plenary hall seating layout for several hundred delegates
- Main stage with large-format LED backdrop
- Flag display for participating member countries
- Branded registration desks with queue management
- Self-service delegate check-in kiosks
- Majlis-style hospitality and breakout lounge
- Wayfinding and directional signage
Outcome
Delivered as a full set of photoreal renders covering every zone of the venue, used to align the client, the production team and the fabricators before build.
