Project Overview
Seasonal activation design for Bawabat Al Sharq Mall in Abu Dhabi, covering a feature vehicle display and a full UAE National Day dressing of the atrium and concourse.
Mall work has to read from several floors at once and survive heavy public footfall, so the structures were designed to be seen from above as much as head-on.
What the Design Covered
- Gold-framed vehicle display podium on the main concourse
- Crescent and star feature backdrop for a second display
- UAE National Day column and ceiling treatment
- Flag garlands spanning the full atrium void
- Escalator and balcony edge branding
- Decorative Islamic pattern panel work
Outcome
Built and installed across the public concourse – the project includes on-site photography of the finished installation, not just renders.
